Peacock Park now open at Lulworth Castle!
Great news! Peacock Park is now open at Lulworth Castle.
Lulworth Castle’s woodland playground has had a complete makeover and we are pleased to announce Peacock Park is officially open. Featuring rope bridges, gang planks, swings, slides, monkey bars and more it’s sure to keep the little ones entertained this summer. With the addition of a sensory board and wheelchair accessible swinging platform there is something for everyone.
Car Parking is £3 for all day and gives access to the playground, woodland walks and Castle grounds so why not pack a picnic or grab some snacks and ice creams at the Castle Tearoom and let the kids run off some steam in our new Peacock Park. Open Sunday to Thursday 10.30am -5pm.
Castle admission (Adults £7, Children aged 4-15 £5) gives access to the Lawn Games, the Tower and the kids will get a quiz book to Hunt the Bat & Find the Squirrels.
Don’t forget to head back to the tearooms for coffee, cake and souvenirs.
Our beautiful peacocks are getting some new additions to their flock this summer with the much- anticipated arrival of six peahens from Brownsea Island. We look forward to welcoming them to Lulworth Park and hope they’ll enjoy their new home.
